Atty. Ethel A. Cabailo-Aldea, MBA

Atty. Ethel is an active legal practitioner; business administration consultant and senior trainer; Human Resource specialist and consultant; a licensed ISO consultant. At present, she acts as Business and Legal Consultant and Company Trainer to many companies like: oil and gas; manpower and recruitment; travel and tour agency; fabrication and manufacturing; sales and marketing; import and export; media; educational institutions, security agency; property management office; construction company; clinic and hospital; public service institution; international foundation; Non-Governmental group (NGO). One company where she acts as a legal consultant and trainer has a principal company situated in LOUISIANA USA. She was the former Human Resource Director of one of the premier local government units in Metro Manila, Philippines with thousands of beloved people under her care. After her stint in public service, she becomes active in Media from being a professor to an anchor in one of the radio stations of Manila Broadcasting Company (MBC).
As a Masteral Degree holder in Business Administration (MBA), top of her class, she truly champions conflict management and resolution due to her PEACE ADVOCACY while being the current Corporate Secretary of the GUSI PEACE PRIZE INTERNATIONAL a home to many international peacemakers around the world, which is the Asian equivalent of the Nobel Peace Prize. She acts as a primary organizer of the NGO group on Anti-Drugs Education which is anchored from the Coalition of Anti-Drugs in America (CADCA).
It is May 2009 when she finished her graduate course on Hospital Administration at the University of the Philippines Manila. In addition, she finished with flying colors the Teacher Certificate Program (TCP) at the De La Salle University Taft. Moreover, she served as the Dean of Student Affairs of St. Paul University Quezon City and had been a University Professor for almost fourteen (14) years. Up to this date, she teaches Media Law, Labor Law, Thesis Writing and Defense in the same University.
Atty. Ethel received her post-graduate academic scholarship at UTS OXFORD, SCHOOL OF ENGLISH at OXFORD, ENGLAND in 1995-1996 and had another Culture and Arts scholarship with the Performing Arts Group in LONDON ENGLAND.
Dra. Raquel P. Tolentino, DDM, MBA
Vice President for Customer Relations, Training Director
Dra. Raquel graduated from the University of the East in 1994 with a Degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine. She had her post graduate training in General Orthodontics in 1996 and post graduate training in Forensic Odontology at AFP Dental Services in 2010. She is a graduate of Masters in Business Administration in 2011. With a multi-faceted exposure in both the public and private sectors, she has herald various training programs that impact lives of mankind.
She was the Department Head of the Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Office from 2007-2013.
A project proponent of Drug-Free establishments( Recognition of Drug- Free Schools, Workplaces and Barangays) in 2007 and Rabies - FreeMuntinlupa in 2001. A Company Dentist at Kawasaki Motors Phils Inc from 2002 to present.Also a Barangay Dentist at Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City. She is the Vice President for Administration of Inter- Agency Council on Drug Abuse Prevention Education of the Dangerous Drugs Board (IAC-DAPE-DDB). She is the past President of the Philippine Dental Association, Muntinlupa Chapter. And the Organizing Committee of the PDA- House of Delegates from 2011-2014. It is without doubt, that her expertise in the public service delivers her advocacy of attaining an efficient and effective servicesf or the common good of all.
Dra. Raquel is also the Philippine Coordinator for the Community Anti- Drug Coalition of America (CADCA) and the Consultant for COSAPE (Coalition on Substance Abuse Prevention and Education) and CADCoM (Community Anti- Drug Coalition of Muntinlupa). Her international exposures sharpen her methodological and scientific approach to business issues and challenges, which can be experienced in the different fora she organizes.
Glady Mabini
Vice President for Sales & Marketing, Media Relations Director
Ms. Glady was a university scholar. She studied BS in Development Communication Major in Development Journalism at Xavier University, Ateneo de Cagayan, Cagayan de Oro City. Ms. Mabini is a Marketing Manager of Radyo Natin Network under Manila Broadcasting Company and anchors Radyo Natin BFF talk show and Ito ang Pilipinas Newscast. Her proactive approach to challenges honed her classic mastery of Public Relations, which she untiringly share to her audience and market.
Her first public service stint is in the City Government of Muntinlupa. With her first public service life as an Administrative Officer III, Office of the City Administrator in 2007-2009, her tools in social relationship and customer relations were sharpened and now serve as her imprimatur of a servant-leader. Hailed later on as the Department Head of the Department of Agriculture in 2009-2011 and to a more challenging career as the Department Head of the Early Childhood Education Division in 2012-2013, Ms. Mabini exemplified holistic roles in participative leadership, believing in people empowerment. She was also The Marketing Communications Group Head of RRCG Transport Inc. in 2004-2006, which for a total package signifies a blossomed professional, who at present shares nothing but the skill to perfection.
Jerick Reymar D. Aldea

Jerick has extensive training and experience on finance management. Though, academically exposed to the Medical field, he has excelled in Business Mathematics. Bearing the insigna of "money-manager", he simply gives importance to Fiscal stability as the pillar of a vigorous company. Taking into heart the facets of business success, he definitely lives out the principle of "carrying you through"
Atty. Agustin D. Aldea
Corporate Secretary, ISO Consultant
Atty. Tin is a practicing lawyer for almost fourteen (14) years now. Worked in one of the highly sought Law Firms in the country based in Makati where his skills as a litigation lawyer were sharpened. After eight (8) years experience in active litigation in the said law firm, he now holds the position of President in an import and trading company. Further he acts as the Assistant to the President of a manufacturing company which is ISO certified in Laguna. Part of his present Management Experience is in the ISO Certification being a CERTIFIED LEAD AUDITOR.
Moreover, he has been educating college students for almost eight (8) years in various Universities in the Philippines, handling Law and Media; Criminal Law; Criminal Procedure; Evidence to name a few. He is usually tapped as lecturer on Political Affairs, Election Cases, Labor Laws, Law and Media, ISO, Management and Employee concerns. He had experience as a legal researcher, writer and consultant in the House of Representatives sometime in 2003-2007. He is a High School Valedictorian at St. Pius X Seminary in Roxas City, Capiz in 1988 and a Cum Laude graduate from the Central Seminary of the University of Sto, Tomas in 1996. He is serving as a Management, Legal and ISO consultant to many companies and industries. His company exposures include but not limited to: oil and gas; manpower and recruitment; engineering; tools and fabrication; manufacturing; sales and marketing; clinic and hospital; health and wellness institution; construction company; security agency; property management office.

Federico or "Doc Jun" as fondly called is enthusiastically honed by multi-faceted exposures both in the local and international industries. Having mastery of Sales and Marketing theories and positively aggressive application of the same in the work places prove that the true key to financial success is the positive and learned "YOU" . His auspicious years of handling a Franchise of a Multi-national Number 1 beauty company in the world spells out that gender transcends business success if compassion, commitment and customer-focus principles are imbibed. As an academician both as a professor in the University and as a Dean of a College, he exemplifies strong leadership and openness to wider horizon. As a Business Management consultant to various companies both foreign and local; private and public institutions, his actual experiences as organizer and owner of various businesses are applied with practical ease based on genuine business exposures. His academic distinctions both in his Masteral and Doctorate degrees are further infused in his socio-civic groups, like Rotary Club International District 3820, as the Asst. Governor.
